Plane crashes at Mississippi airport after ‘malfunction’

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A plane crashed at a Mississippi airport after a malfunction on Wednesday.

According to the Grenada County Emergency Management Agency, a plane crashed at the Grenada Municipal Airport.

Officials say the plane skidded off the runway after “an apparent landing gear malfunction.”

No serious injuries were reported, officials say.
