Mason County deputies seek man who allegedly fled ahead of drug-related sentencing hearing
MASON COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A search is underway in northern Kentucky for a man who allegedly failed to attend a sentencing hearing related to drug trafficking charges.
In a Facebook post from the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on Friday, March 21, deputies said Justin Hogan failed to attend a sentencing hearing after being charged with fentanyl and methamphetamine trafficking in the May’s Lick area.
The sheriff’s office wrote that if you see Hogan or know where he is, do not approach him but call local law enforcement.
Anyone with information that could help deputies find Hogan is asked to call the MCSO at (606) 564-3309—to leave an anonymous tip, text “MPD212” to 847411.
