Avengers: Doomsday is reportedly in post-production, with Avengers: Secret Wars now in pre-production.
Variety outlined the various projects in the works at co-directors Anthony and Joe Russo’s production company, AGBO. Avengers: Doomsday, which will reportedly show its debut trailer off at CinemaCon this week, is set to hit theaters on December 18, 2026, with Secret Wars due out a year later, on December 17, 2027.
Marvel Studios has released four Avengers: Doomsday teasers so far, each focusing on a different superhero or group of superheroes: former Captain America, Steve Rogers; Thor; the X-Men; and Wakanda. But the Russo Brothers insisted they’re neither teasers nor trailers, rather “stories” and “clues,” calling on fans to “pay attention.”
