ORIGINAL STORY: FRANKLIN, La. (KLFY) — Two men have been arrested for their alleged connection to a shooting in Franklin this past Saturday, with another still at large.
Officials said they responded to calls of shots fired in the area of Iberia Street on March 8.
In connection to the shooting, officials arrested 19-year-old Omarion Jack and 18-year-old Jakalup Jones.
Both men were sent to a Franklin jail and charged with home invasion, principal to attempted aggravated criminal damage to property, principal to illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities and principal to attempted first degree murder.
Both men are being held on a $105,000.00 bond.
The Franklin Police Department is still searching for Shane Gibson for his connection in the shooting.
Officials said Gibson is wanted for attempted first degree murder, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities and aggravated assault and is considered armed and dangerous.
