The Pickle Pad brings six indoor pickleball courts. Two 18-hole mini-golf courses, called The FunHouse Course and The Links Course, await players. Golf simulators number two. Arcade games? Check. Billiards, shuffleboard, neon bowling, and cornhole fill the space while guests watch live sports on more than 40 televisions scattered throughout.
Crave Social Eatery handles the food. Shareables, appetizers, street tacos, burgers, sandwiches, and salads come from their kitchen. A bar operates at the site.
Robert Morris serves as vice president of development at Indoor Active Brands. DJs will spin music. Live bands will perform. Events will pack the calendar as part of what happens after dark. A 2,500-square-foot mezzanine overlooks everything happening below.
“People are looking for a social experience, and what better than an activity that everyone can play,” Morris said, according to MyCentralJersey.com. “With its size and all-in-one format, Birdie ParTee is set to become a go-to destination for everything from weekend outings to group events and game-day gatherings.”
Families can visit. Friend groups will gather. After-work crowds might stop by. Morris said the name pulls from golf scoring and parties.
“We want people to make ‘birdies’ and for the space to feel like a place to host ‘par-tees,’” Morris said. It was the first name someone suggested.
More locations are being built in Peachtree City, Georgia, and Port Arthur, Texas. The new Old Bridge building was designed to keep guests entertained no matter the season.
