Matrix Taps Microsoft’s Cloud Accelerate Factory For Monarch AI Push

Matrix Solutions, a provider of revenue management and CRM tools for media companies, is partnering with Microsoft through the Cloud Accelerate Factory to speed development of AI-driven revenue intelligence for its Monarch platform.

The Factory program supplies selected companies with no-cost access to Microsoft architecture and engineering resources. Following a review of Matrix’s roadmap, Microsoft committed support to accelerate Monarch’s “top-down” AI intelligence layer.

Matrix said the initiative underpins a dual-AI strategy for Monarch: a bottom-up engine launching with Account Pulse to deliver prescriptive, account-level analytics for AEs, paired with a top-down layer focused on predictive advertising spend and its broader business impact. Together, the company said, the tiers aim to give executives and local teams a holistic view of revenue health and recommended actions.

The collaboration is intended to validate Monarch’s architecture, compress time-to-market and deliver an initial set of outcomes by late Q2 or early Q3, with general availability targeted by the end of Q3 2026.

Early capabilities will include native-language “conversations” with enterprise data, letting C-suite through market-level users probe growth opportunities and surface risks for faster strategic decisions. The effort also centers on a next-gen chatbot that synthesizes disparate sources — including predictive ad spend and client databases — to provide real-time insights at corporate, market and AE levels.

Matrix said leveraging Microsoft’s resources enables rapid prototyping and deployment of an MVP in a fraction of typical development timelines.
