At Bergen Town Center, Capon adds to his growing New Jersey presence. On October 21, his first spot in the state, Capon’s Chophouse, will start serving guests at The Shops at Riverside.
The chef built his reputation through hit TV shows and packed restaurants. After years of success in New York City’s food scene, he’s crossing state lines to feed hungry New Jersey diners.
While we don’t know the exact day Capon’s Burgers will start flipping patties, it’s set to join the mall’s food lineup next year. The wait continues for burger fans in Bergen County.
