The in-box is open to nominations for the 2026 Best of KBIS Awards.

The annual awards program shines the spotlight on new products — introduced after Jan. 31, 2025, and to be displayed at the show — which are outstanding for their design advancements, innovative features and sustainability. As the show’s producers stated, “This longstanding program recognizes the achievements of those pushing the kitchen and bath space forward, and raises the bar and inspires new trends that define the industry.”

KBIS, the acronym for Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, is the top U.S. trade event for the home appliance industry. Next year’s confab will be held Feb. 17-19 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

The awards encompass seven categories, five of which apply to appliance manufacturers:

  • Style Statement – Kitchen: Products submitted to this category should focus on aesthetic value, favoring new finishes/colors, artistic collaborations and other key style features in the kitchen, both indoor and outdoor.
  • Sustainable Standout: This category will be judged for eco-friendly properties, i.e. energy or water conservation, carbon neutral manufacturing processes or recycled components.
  • Game-Changing Innovation: These nominees should show new-to-market technology, new ways to manufacture materials, new-to-category advancements or any take on “new.”
  • Most Functional Find: This category will look for functional benefits (particularly multi-functional use-cases), longevity, and value relative to price point.
  • Best in Show: Put simply, this award will honor the best all-around product.

A judging committee of design professionals, thought leaders and industry experts will narrow the entries to approximately 50 finalists, which will be announced in January. The committee will then determine the winning products following in-booth visits at the show. Twelve Gold and Silver recipients and one Best of KBIS honoree will be announced at an on-site awards ceremony on Feb. 18.

To enter, exhibiting manufacturers must complete a Best of KBIS submission form and submit at least two high-res (300 dpi) images. Products may be entered in multiple categories, although an individual entry form and submission fee of $1,565 is required for each category.

Vendors are invited to begin the submission process through their KBIS exhibitor console, and all entries must be in by Nov. 31Complete details are available here.
