K-State to take on Ole Miss in third annual Bill Snyder Classic

ST. JOSEPH, MO (KSNT)- The Wildcats have found its opponent for the third annual Bill Snyder Classic.

K-State will square off with SEC foe Ole Miss. The Rebels, like the Wildcats, made the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament in 2025.

“We have an extremely exciting fall and winter schedule lined up this year in which the announcement of this elite matchup of national brands that we’ve been working on for a while will be a landmark occasion and one area fans as well as Wildcat and Rebel fans will not want to miss,” said Brett Esely, Executive Director of the St. Joseph Sports Commission.

The Wildcats finished 28-8 (13-5 Big 12) during the 2024-25 season, including a 74-48 win over Middle Tennessee in the event.

K-State is 2-0 in the classic, beating Missouri 84-56 during the 2023-24 season.

The two squads will square off Dec. 7 for a 2 p.m. tip-off at the Civic Arena in St. Joseph, Missouri.
