BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office responded to a Thursday night shooting near Greenwell Street that left one person hurt.
Deputies responded around 9:40 p.m. to a shooting in the 7300 block of Richey Drive, where one adult was injured after an argument. EBRSO said injuries were non-life-threatening.
EMS confirmed they took one person to the hospital in stable condition from this scene.
The investigation into this shooting remains ongoing, and more information will be shared as it becomes available.
