By rssfeeds-admin MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On May 24, 2025, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a homicide at a residence on Roy Drive in Monroe, La. Upon arrival, deputies found a vehicle that had crashed into the apartment with a single occupant inside suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and later pronounced deceased.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that the shot was fired from within the vehicle. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. An arrest warrant was issued for Second-Degree Murder.
