Road closure signs stolen from Ozark County road

Road closure signs posted on a road in Ozark County have been stolen. According to a Facebook post from the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office, the signs were stolen from County Road 349, northwest of Caulfield.

The road remains closed due to flood damage. The slab crossing has been washed out and is currently impassable. County Road 349 will stay closed until the water fully recedes, and repairs can be made.

The sheriff’s office urges motorists to avoid traveling through the area for everyone’s safety.
