Record turnout, beautiful weather highlight Friday’s Chamber Golf Tournament at Big Creek

The Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2026 Four-Person Scramble Golf Tournament Friday at Big Creek Golf and Country Club, drawing a record-setting 31 teams for a day of competition.According to Big Creek Country Club, the tournament was played under “perfect weather” conditions and “we hope everyone who participated had a wonderful day on the course, which was in amazing condition, and we are looking forward to welcoming everyone back next year.”
Teams competed in two flights, with the following groups finishing in the top three positions.





In the First Flight, the team of Spencer Adams, Luke Jackson, Brent Edens and Jonathan Murray captured first place honors. Finishing second was the team of Brad Schulz, Matt Norcross, Nathan Circle and Kirk Brown, while Brandon Barnes, Seth Sullivant, Brandon Maple and Alex Hagaman placed third.

The Second Flight was won by Clint Walker, Eric Thitoff, Jason Scalf and Logen Walker. The team of Jacob Bruggeman, Freedom Hobbs, Cole Barrow and Chance Gregory earned second place, followed by Chan Crooker, Michael Wooten, Bill Trivitt and Corey Hillhouse in third.
