Corps of Engineers announces closure of Cranfield Park campground

The recent flooding issues have led to the precautionary closure of a local recreation spot. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Mountain Home Project Office is reporting the campground at Cranfield Park on Norfork Lake will be closed until further notice. A spokesperson for the Corps says there is a concern about flooding at the causeway at Cranfield. For more information, contact the project office at 870-425-2700.
