JENNINGS, La. (KLFY) — A man in Jennings was arrested for allegedly holding down a victim to a bed where she were unable to move, authorities said.
Tristan Napaluch, 25, was arrested and charged for three counts of domestic disturbance child endangerment, five counts of resisting an officer and self mutilation by a prisoner, authorities said.
Officers said they were dispatched to the 700 block of Fifth Street in reference to a domestic disturbance on Sunday.
Upon arrival, the victim told officers how she was pinned down to the bed by Napaluch, officials said.
Officers said they then located Napaluch in the bedroom where he refused to follow instructions and actively resisted detainment.
