More dense fog this Wednesday morning

Another Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for Acadiana as many areas are dealing with visibility at 1/4 of a mile or less. The fog should start to slowly clear after 8:00 to 9:00 am. Chilly temperatures will be followed by more sunny and warm conditions during the afternoon. Highs near 74°. Lows tonight will be in the mid 50s as more fog is possible.

The weather over the Mardi Gras weekend is looking fantastic. Saturday will be partly cloudy and comfortably warm with no threat for rain. Evening parades will turn a bit chilly after sunset.
