Dangerously cold wind chills: Temperatures on Thursday will not be the coldest of the winter but they could get rather close in a few spots.  Lows Thursday morning will begin in the teens and low 20s.  It will stay rather breezy Thursday night.  That wind will combine with the cold to produce wind chills in the single digits. Typically during the middle of February high temperatures are in the low to middle 60s.  Highs on Thursday will mainly be in the mid to upper 30s!
