Big Game Bound: Game day special breaks down QB matchup, Chiefs-Eagles live from New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS — Super Bowl Sunday has arrived–and we’ve reached the final destination for this season’s “Big Game Bound!”

Chris Hagan is live from outside the Caesars Superdome, site of Super Bowl LIX between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. ET on FOX.

The Chiefs are seeking their third straight Super Bowl championship, while the Eagles are looking for some measure of payback after falling short to Kansas City in Super Bowl LVII.

For our one-hour special, we’ll talk to six-time Pro Bowl quarterback Donovan McNabb about the key Jalen Hurts-Patrick Mahomes QB matchup and check in with rules analyst Mike Pereira to learn about what it takes to officiate the Super Bowl.

FOX Sports analyst Greg Olsen weighs the strengths and weaknesses of each team and recalls the Chiefs-Eagles Super Bowl he called in 2023. Longtime NFL defensive back Patrick Peterson reveals what it’s like to play against Mahomes and how defenses try to slow him down.

We also feature former NFL head coach Ron Rivera, who talks about what it’s like to coach in the Super Bowl and how today’s players approach it. Rivera recalls his days with the dominant ’85 Chicago Bears defense that hoisted the Lombardi Trophy in New Orleans after Super Bowl XX.

Our game day edition of “Big Game Bound” streams at 1 p.m. ET.
