NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding information regarding numerous violent sexual assaults.
On Oct. 23 at 1:30 p.m., the OPDA will hold a meeting, along with the New Orleans Police Department and Kenner Police Department, to help identify additional survivors and witnesses linked to Lucien W. Jacob.
According to OPDA, Jacob has gone by different aliases such as Billy Jacob, Little B Jacob or Lou Jacob. He has been linked to various sexual assault cases across the New Orleans metropolitan area, dating back to the 90s.
This is an open investigation, and the OPDA believes more witnesses or survivors of Jacob’s have not yet come forward.
