By rssfeeds-admin NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a homicide after a “man down” incident was reported in the Ninth Ward on Saturday, Aug. 16.
According to the NOPD, officers began investigating the incident, which happened in the 1200 block of Lesseps Street, shortly after 8:10 a.m.
On scene, police say they found an unresponsive man, who was later declared dead by New Orleans EMS.
