BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The League of Women Voters will host a public candidate forum March 30 featuring candidates for Monroe County clerk and Monroe County prosecuting attorney, according to a news release.
The forum is scheduled for Monday, March 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Tri-North Middle School Presentation Center, 1000 W. 15th St. in Bloomington.
According to the release, the public will be invited to submit questions for the candidates.
The forum will include Monroe County clerk candidates Tanner Dale Branham and Tree Martin-Lucas, along with prosecuting attorney candidates Benjamin Tyron Arrington and Erika Oliphant.
Organizers said all candidates from both parties were invited to participate, and those named in the release have accepted the invitation.
Co-sponsors for the event are IU PACE, the Monroe County Branch NAACP, Monroe County NOW, and the South Central Indiana Citizens’ Climate Lobby.
The event is being organized by the League of Women Voters and is open to the public.
