A 31-year-old Austin man was killed in a crash with a semi in Udolpho Township overnight.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 39-year-old Canadian man was driving a Freightliner semi north on Highway 218, and the victim was driving south in a Nissan Rogue. The two vehicles crashed near 285th Street around 2:37 a.m.
The victim’s identity will be released at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
The driver of the semi was not injured, and his passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
