C E Info Systems Ltd has announced a partnership between MapmyIndia Mappls, and Zoho. The partnership will see MapmyIndia integrate its location intelligence solution into Zoho CRM. The integration will connect the MaymyIndia Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder into Zoho CRM. For Zoho Customers, it will enable them to better validate customer addresses. The integration will deliver mapping intelligence into Zoho CRM, without customer data ever leaving the country. The partnership promotes both “Atmanirbhar Bharat” (self-reliant India) and “Swadeshi” (of one’s own country), which are interconnected concepts that foster domestic production and self-sufficiency in India.
It combines two powerhouses of Indian tech for the good of customers across India. MapmyIndia is India’s leading digital mapping and geospatial technology company. Zoho is a large global technology company, headquartered in India.

Rakesh Verma, Co-Founder, Managing Director & Group Chairman, MapmyIndia Mappls, commented, “This partnership between MapmyIndia and Zoho is a true blue Swadeshi celebration — two Indian innovators and leaders in their respective fields — coming together to deliver cutting-edge, homegrown technology that is world-class.
“MapmyIndia Mappls Address Capture and Nearby Lead Finder capabilities will help Zoho CRM users across India to work smarter and sell better, while keeping all data and innovation safe within India. I am confident that this partnership will boost collaborations amongst Indian tech companies, creating a sympathetic ecosystem towards the realization of an Atmanirbhar, Viksit Bharat.”
Boost for Zoho
Under Mani Vembu, CEO, Zoho has increased the volume of partnership announcements as it looks to broaden its capabilities in new directions. Recent partnerships have included Fawry Business, a banking technology and electronic Payments in Egypt. It also partnered with Mercedes-Benz India to bring a new dealer management system, SKYLINE, to market.
The integration between the two systems brings significant location intelligence for Zoho customers in India. The release called out four benefits that Zoho customers can expect:
- Capture verified addresses
- Visualise customer locations
- Discover potential leads in nearby areas
- Optimise sales routes
Once implemented, it should improve customer operations and increase revenue. Mani Vembu, CEO, Zoho, said, “At Zoho, we believe that true technological progress begins with self-reliance. Building deep-tech R&D from India has always been one of our foundational pursuits, driven by the immense talent and creativity that thrive in the country.
“Our partnership with MapmyIndia embodies this vision, uniting homegrown expertise in business software and digital mapping to deliver solutions that are powerful, privacy-focused, and proudly indigenous. This integration empowers Indian businesses by combining business intelligence with spatial intelligence, giving field teams the location-aware insights they need to better serve their customers.”
Enterprise Times: What does this mean
This is an important announcement for Indian organisations, and potentially beyond. By leveraging MapmyIndia’s APIs and connecting them to the Zoho platform, Zoho may find it easier to partner with other location intelligence providers in other countries. One example might be Precisely, whose mapping software is comprehensive in the US and supports other countries.
What isn’t revealed within this announcement are any pricing details. It is free to set up a MapmyIndia account. Its mobile India Pro Guidance solution costs INR 599.99. It will be interesting to see how the commercials work out and what the value is for Zoho CRM customers. As yet, there is no listing on the Zoho Marketplace, and no indication of when it will arrive.
