Major League Fishing returns to Shreveport-Bossier City for Summit Cup

SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Major League Fishing (MLF) Fishing Clash Team Series Presented by Bass Pro Shops will host its final event of the 2025 season in Shreveport-Bossier City from November 16–21.

According to a news release, the Bass Pro Shops Summit Cup Presented by Zenni will be held across area waterways within 60 miles of Shreveport.

The weeklong tournament will feature 12 professional teams competing for top honors. Anglers won’t know their fishing locations until each morning of competition, according to a news release, adding to the excitement for fans following along on MLFNOW!

“We are excited to partner with Major League Fishing right here in the heart of Sportsman’s Paradise,” said Sara Nelms, sports director for the Shreveport-Bossier Sports Commission, in a news release. “Our waterways offer some of the best fishing in the world.”

Fans can watch live coverage at MajorLeagueFishing.com or on the MLF and MyOutdoorTV. Post-produced episodes will air on Outdoor Channel beginning May 9, 2026, according to a news release.

The lineup includes teams representing brands such as B&W Trailer Hitches, BUBBA, Kubota, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and YETI, featuring anglers from across the country—including Bossier City’s own Nick LeBrun.
