Student organizations lined East North 16th Street for the Homecoming parade, showcasing school spirit and creativity in their floats and performances.
The weekend also featured several campus traditions, including Midnight Worship, the Saturday football matchup against Tarleton State University, and a free concert by country artist Aaron Watson.
Freshman theater arts major Juliana McElwain from Fort Collins, Colorado, participated in the Follies competition, a freshman-only lip-syncing battle, and shared her excitement about the festivities.
“The parade was pretty exciting, I actually wasn’t expecting it to be so hyped,” McElwain said. “It was like a full-blown parade, and that was really cool.”
The Homecoming celebration brought together students, alumni, and families for a weekend filled with tradition, pride, and connection across the ACU community.
