Juvenile struck by vehicle outside of CMS high school in southeast Charlotte: Medic

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A juvenile has been hit by a car in southeast Charlotte right outside a CMS high school, according to Medic.

Around 7 a.m., Medic confirmed a person under the age of 18 was struck by a vehicle on the 1800 block of Pineville-Matthews Road, which is right outside of Providence High School.

Medic could not confirm if the person was injured because they were canceled before they arrived.

Queen City News contacted CMS and CMPD regarding the incident and whether this is an active investigation.
