LAFAYETTE, LA. (KLFY) — Louisiana’s football team fell to Southern Miss 22-10 during their homecoming game on Saturday, dropping to 1-2 in Sun Belt Conference play.

The Ragin’ Cajuns initially took the lead with a 3-yard touchdown run by Lunch Winfield in the first quarter, but Southern Miss quickly overtook them and maintained the advantage for the rest of the game.
