BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with a series of vehicle burglaries in the St. Gabriel area.
Rodderick Jackson Jr. of Sunshine was taken into custody on six counts of simple burglary of a motor vehicle tied to multiple incidents outside the St. Gabriel city limits. According to Sheriff Brett Stassi, the St. Gabriel Police Department will also book Jackson on additional warrants for burglaries that occurred within city limits.
Deputies said several stolen items from the burglaries have been recovered, identified, and will be returned to their rightful owners.
