Worker injured after accident at Warren County sawmill

VICKSBURG, Miss. (WJTV) – A man was seriously injured during an accident at a sawmill in Warren County.

The incident occurred at the SWS Sawmill in the 2500 block of Highway 3 on October 6, 2025.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said the 20-year-old employee was treated at the site and then transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) in Jackson.

There’s no update on the victim as of October 7, 2025.
