15-year-old wanted for Warren County shooting

WARREN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – Warren County deputies are searching for a 15-year-old suspect in connection to a shooting.

The Vicksburg Post reported the shooting occurred on Heartwood Drive on Thursday, May 29.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said deputies found a 33-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. The 15-year-old suspect has not been identified.

The victim was transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) in Jackson for treatment.
