Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4 Premiere Set for July 2026

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4 will premiere on Paramount+ on Thursday, July 23, 2026, the streamer announced Saturday at CCXP Mexico.

Series stars Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Celia Rose Gooding and Paul Wesley were on hand at the convention for the announcement and the reveal of the new teaser trailer for Season 4.

The trailer shows James T. Kirk (Paul Wesley) hugging Mr. Spock (Peck), a T-Rex (?!), and plenty of shots of the U.S.S. Enterprise in cosmic peril.

The official synopsis for Season 4 says “the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise – led by Captain Christopher Pike – embark on a series of thrilling and emotional adventures across the stars. As they journey to strange new worlds, they will battle inner demons and external threats, encounter colorful new characters, reunite with familiar faces and confront terrifying aliens. Through it all, they strive to embrace a bright, hopeful future.”

Season four stars Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun and Martin Quinn, along with guest stars Carol Kane and Paul Wesley. Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers serve as co-showrunners.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds has wrapped filming its fifth and final season. Two iconic characters from the original series – Dr. McCoy and Lt. Sulu – will appear in the series finale.
