Neighbors asked to check security cameras after reported explosion in Leesburg

LEESBURG, Va. (DC News Now) — The Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System said fire marshals are investigating a reported explosion that happened on Sunday morning.

The explosion reportedly happened near Sparkleberry Terrace.

Neighbors in the area north of Potomac Station Drive, south of Edwards Ferry Road NE and west of Battlefield Parkway NE are asked to check their security cameras between midnight to 6 a.m. on Sunday. Oct. 5.
