According to the lawsuit, the student — a freshman and member of the football team — was urinated on twice by an upperclassman team member after workouts and while they were showering ahead of school starting.
The freshman then urinated into a bottle and poured it onto the upperclassman, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit claims that after pouring the urine on the upperclassman, that student threw an aerosol can of deodorant at the freshman, hitting him in the face and head.
As a result, the freshman allegedly lost vision in his left eye, had to undergo surgery, was diagnosed with a brain injury and has “debilitating” headaches.
The parent is suing for “compensatory damages and punitive damages,” as well as the costs that the parent is “entitled by law.”
