Mississippi absentee ballots available for November 4 election

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – According to the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office, in-person and mail-in absentee ballots are now available in county Circuit Clerk’s Offices for the elections that will be held on November 4, 2025.

Voters can visit the My Election Day portal to receive election information tailored to your specific address, including a sample ballot. Contact information for your county Circuit Clerk is available through the My Election Day portal. Mississippians who cast an absentee ballot may track their ballot through My Election Day.

For those who cannot visit their Circuit Clerk’s Office during the work week, Saturday in-person absentee voting dates will be held on Saturday, October 25, and Saturday, November 1, from 8:00 a.m. until noon. 

The last day to vote in-person absentee is November 1, and all mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day.

Mississippians who are currently registered to vote or submit voter registration applications by October 6 (in-person or postmarked) are entitled to cast a ballot in the November 4 Elections.
