By rssfeeds-admin GREENBELT, Md. (DC News Now) — Greenbelt police were at the scene of a shooting that injured one person on Friday evening.
The Greenbelt Police Department (GPD) said that the shooting happened near Edmonston Court and Springhill Terrace.
There, a man was found injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment. GPD said the severity of his injuries was unknown.
GPD said that as of 9:50 p.m., the investigation was ongoing.
A US Park Police helicopter responded to assist in the search.
