Various Utah cities and foundations are coming together to host events and exhibits throughout the week.
The 9/11 Project
The annual 9/11 Project will take place at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds (475 S Main Street, Spanish Fork) from Sept. 10 through Sept. 13. The project will have two events: Touch a Truck Exhibit and 9/11 Project Main Experience.
The Touch a Truck Exhibit will be hosted by the Major Brent Taylor Foundation who says the event will allow families to explore fire trucks, ambulances, police cruisers, and military vehicles—and to meet the first responders who operate them.
The 9/11 Main Experience will partner with Utah County for an educational experience. The Major Brent Taylor Foundation shared that the event will have an interactive exhibit with a photo and video timeline, an exhibit hall where local organizations can share their work, a Children’s Corner to create thank you cards for those who serve, and more.
