ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY) — Washington man was arrested with charges related to juvenile exploitation after allegedly sending sexually explicit photos of a juvenile to numerous persons, deputies said.

Al Devon Hayes, 18, of Washington was arrested and charged with pornography involving juveniles, cyberstalking and improper telephone communications, deputies said.

On Aug. 13, deputies responded to a complaint in the Palmetto area involving threats against a family.  It was discovered one of the alleged victims involved a juvenile, authorities reported.

During the investigation, deputies said they learned that Hayes allegedly sent sexually explicit photos of a juvenile to numerous persons.  Based on the evidence gathered through the investigation, the charges and subsequent arrest were authorized.
