Damion Quaza Coleman, of Portsmouth, was ordered on house arrest and is forbidden from any contact with the victim.
He was arrested on charges of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and sexual battery involving a minor.
Police say the investigation began when authorities learned Coleman was allegedly in an inappropriate relationship with an underage female. Following a search warrant at his home, Coleman was arrested and taken to the Scioto County Jail.
The Portsmouth Police Department confirmed on Wednesday that Coleman was a substitute teacher for schools in the area as well as a Portsmouth Junior High football coach. WOWK 13 News is working to learn if he is still employed in these roles.
