Woman with $25,000 warrant arrested for shoplifting at Colma Target

(KRON) – A Petaluma woman with a warrant for her arrest was taken into custody for shoplifting at Target, according to the Colma Police Department. 

Colma police officers responded to a report of theft at Target on Junipero Serra Boulevard at approximately 10:07 p.m. on Aug. 21. Arriving officers were informed that the suspect was being held by Target’s loss prevention officers.

Per police investigation, the suspect, identified as Sally Hopkins, had a $25,000 misdemeanor warrant for her arrest.  

Hopkins reportedly shoplifted approximately $414.68 worth of merchandise.

Hopkins, 25, was arrested and released with the promise to appear in court. She was issued a new court date for the warrant and citation for the shoplifting.
