Man arrested for smashing restaurant window in Fairfield

(KRON) – A man was arrested after smashing a window in a restaurant, according to the Fairfield Police Department. 

Fairfield PD officers responded to a restaurant in the 1300 block of Oliver Road for a report of a window smash at approximately 3:32 a.m. on Friday. Authorities said the restaurant owner informed officers of the suspect’s descriptions.

Arriving officers found a person matching the suspect description at a Denny’s and detained him.

The suspect was identified as Sean Toms.

Toms, 28, was arrested and booked into Solano County Jail without incident.
