Dugger already pleaded guilty in 2025.
He admitted that he sold 55.7 grams of methamphetamine in a plea agreement in July 2021.
U.S. District Judge Lain Johnston sentenced Dugger to an 8-year and 3-month sentence in a federal court hearing in Rockford on August 20.
