Wednesday is starting off warm, humid, and mostly quiet in Acadiana as a few coastal showers are possible. Scattered rain is still in the forecast for the afternoon as rain chances will climb to 50%. Otherwise, temperatures are trending above normal with a high near 94°. The heat index will be between 100° to 110°.
Rain chances should decrease a little on Thursday but scattered rain is still possible each afternoon through the weekend. Highs will be in the mid 90s every day too.
