A fifth straight day is possible Monday for below average temperatures. We will lose the sunshine as cloud cover with a few isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms will make a return. Not everyone will see a thunderstorm, but light showers and pockets of drizzle will be possible. High temps will max out around 80 with. Spots further north again will break into the low 80s, while spots further south who see more rain, can get stuck in the upper 70s.
Rain chances will linger into Tuesday, even a stray shower possible Wednesday. Following rain and storms, temperatures will continue to warm back to the upper 80s with dew points remaining high. So, enjoy the comfortable continues before the hot and sticky conditions return to end the week and start next weekend.
