Man killed in Interstate 78 motorcycle crash

SUMMIT LAWN, Pa. (WHTM) — State troopers are investigating after they say a man was killed in a crash between a tractor trailer, a motorcycle, and another vehicle Sunday morning on Interstate 78.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said they responded to the crash on Interstate 78 Eastbound in Salisbury Township, Lehigh County, near Summit Lawn.

A man was found lying in the roadway and he was pronounced dead at 11:15 a.m., the coroner’s office said. He was riding a motorcycle that struck a vehicle and a tractor trailer.

He has been tentatively notified, though the coroner’s office is working to notify next-of-kin.
