Sheriff: 4 arrested on child porn charges in Livingston Parish
BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested four men in connection with a child pornography investigation.

According to Sheriff Jason Ard, detectives with LPSO and the Attorney General’s Office started an investigation into a tip received from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

During the investigation, detectives were able to arrest the following suspects:

Justin Baham, 30, of Holden, was charged with three counts of pornography involving juveniles, indecent behavior with juveniles, and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.

Connor Teague, 27, of Denham Springs, was charged with 10 counts of distribution and production of pornography involving juveniles, indecent behavior with juveniles, and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.

Steven Avriett, 62, of Denham Springs, was arrested and booked on seven counts of pornography involving juveniles.

Christen Cotten, 17, of Denham Springs, was booked on 10 counts of distribution and production of pornography involving juveniles and 10 counts of sexual abuse of animals.
