IBC: Ateme To Exhibit

Ateme, the company focused on video compression, delivery, and streaming solutions, will have a presence at IBC 2025, September 12-15, at booth 1.D55 from September 12–15.

The company will present “a product and solution portfolio that spans Contribution, Distribution, OTT Streaming, Advertising and Sports Experience,” per a company release. “Ateme brings technology and strategy to accelerate innovation, enhance viewer engagement, and drive efficiency,” the release added.

Sports & Experience

Ateme is redefining the live sports viewing experience by integrating immersive video, artificial intelligence innovation, and cloud-native workflows to deliver superior engagement and reliability.

At IBC, Ateme will present its advanced MV-HEVC and HEVC encoding technologies, which enable immersive live 180° and 360° experiences. These solutions have recently been implemented for a major sporting event in France and for DAZN during the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States. These demonstrations underscore Ateme’s leadership in providing next-generation XR/VR sports viewing capabilities.

Attendees at IBC will have the opportunity to experience demonstrations on Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro, allowing them to engage with the content as though they were present in the stadium.

AI-Powered Live Translation: Ateme will demonstrate AI-driven speech-to-speech and text translation, breaking language barriers, reducing cost and enhancing fan engagement for global audiences.

Cloud MCR with Ateme+: At IBC, Ateme will showcase Ateme+, its SaaS-based, cloud-native service that powers a fully virtualized Master Control Room (MCR) for live production. Designed for both occasional use and 24/7 contribution and distribution across streaming and broadcast, Ateme+ delivers a faster, more agile, and cost-efficient way to manage and deliver live streams worldwide.

OTT Streaming
