By rssfeeds-admin INDIANAPOLIS — A man is dead after a reported shooting on Indy’s east side.
Indianapolis Metro police officers were called just before 4 p.m. Tuesday to the 3400 block of Wellington Avenue on report of a person shot. This is near the intersection of E. 34th Street and Franklin Road on Indy’s east side.
Upon arrival, IMPD said officers found an adult male sitting inside a car and suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. EMS crews arrived shortly after and pronounced the man dead on scene.
No other information was immediately provided by IMPD. FOX59/CBS4 has a crew on the way to the scene to gather more information. This article will be updated once more details are released.
