ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police responded to reports that a teenage girl was stabbed on Thursday night.
Officers were called to the 2800 block of Echo Street for the incident.
Authorities said the 16-year-old’s injuries were non-life-threatening and there is no threat to the public.
