Louisiana attorney general issues cease and desist to CVS, accused of texting customers to oppose pharmacy bill

Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill announced that her office will investigate CVS for allegedly sending text messages to state employees urging them to oppose a bill that would allow licensed pharmacy technicians to access their pharmacy’s software system or dispensing information system.
