CHICAGO (WGN) — Bank of America is offering free general admission entry to five Chicago area museums this weekend for its cardholders.
As part of their Museums on Us campaign, the offer is valid on the first full weekend of every month only for Bank of America, Merrill, and Private Bank cardholders throughout the remainder of the year.
Free entry is limited to one individual cardholder and is not transferable.
Which Chicago area museums are participating?
Participating museums include:
- Art Institute of Chicago
- Illinois Holocaust Museum & Educational Center (Skokie)
- *While the museum is currently closed for renovations, advance reservations for public programs will still be accepted. The museum will host an event on Sunday, June 8, honoring Pride, titled “Pride & Power: A Celebration of Legacy, Voice, and Visibility,” featuring high-profile LGBTQ voices.
- Museum of Contemporary Art
- Griffin Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago (Sundays only)
- The Morton Arboretum (Lisle)
How do I visit?
Bank of America, Merrill, or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit cardholders must present a valid government-issued photo ID to receive one free general admission to a participating cultural institution.
